As your doula, I am there to help you throughout pregnancy and labour. In meeting with you & your partner in pregnancy, I learn your story & how your partner and I can best support you, whether at a hospital birth or a homebirth with midwives. I help you prepare during pregnancy for the challenges of labour, and I am there to give you continuous support throughout labour: emotionally, informationally, with physical comfort measures, and through the first few hours after birth.
